Aquaplanet SUP Review (2020)
Aquaplanet SUP boards are of surprisingly decent quality relative to their price and have exceptional customer support on top of that. Around this price point, I have yet to really come across such a good looking combination compared to other such SUP boards.
If you were looking for inflatable all-around stand up paddle boards that were affordable and at the same time a good bang for the buck, then you’re in for a treat with the Aquaplanet SUP boards.
Quick Overview Of The Aquaplanet SUPs
Overall stats of the Aquaplanet SUPs (stats range between the 3 SUPs):
- 4″ – 6″ (thickness);
- 30″ – 31″ (width);
- 10’ – 10’6″ (length);
- 22 – 24 (weight in lbs);
- 180 – 286 (optimal paddler weight in lbs)
Thicker boards are stiffer and more stable than thinner boards.
Width dictates how stable the board is side-to-side.
Longer boards allow to build up more speed.
Shorter boards are more maneuverable.

Aquaplanet SUP Reviews
Although they’re for the most part very similar, since they’re all all-around type of inflatable stand up paddle boards, there are some differences to them.
- The Aquaplanet 10ft Allround iSUP board is shorter and thinner than the other ones. This makes it feel more snappy but also more unstable for the larger paddlers.
- Then there’s Aquaplanet 10ft 6″ MAX iSUP which is basically a bigger version of the 10ft Allround, more suitable for the larger paddlers.
- Finally, the Aquaplanet 10ft 6″ PACE iSUP that’s designed to be more stable in choppier waters at the cost of slightly less of that snappy feel.
What sets them apart from other similar boards at this price point is the slightly better quality and the added value in the face of customer support and a warranty. If you were to read whether a cheap iSUP is worth it, I’d say you’d be in safe hands with Aquaplanet.
